I just added some more space (virtual is so nice) but want to cleanup the datastore. Running the cleanup utility didn't free up much space and suspect it's because of old updates. WebRe-install WSUS, it will default to installing the WID, later pick SQL DB, input servername, test. Do the initial setup configuration wizard on the WSUS server. Make sure to pick English only updates. Go into WSUSPOOL application pool settings, set the private memory limit to zero and queue length to 25000. Run IISreset to restart WSUSPOOL.
