From a theoretical point there is no difference between a 5-word diceware phrase, 11 alphanumeric characters and a 20-digit number (other than length). WebI use a 5 word diceware password with an added special character as diceware suggests itself. After typing it a couple times I can now type it in under 3~4 seconds without problems. Also if I mistype and no one's around I just reveal the password and correct the typo.
