WebI use healbot and its built in hover over casting. I bind the majority of my heals/debuff/target cooldowns to my mouse buttons (5 button mouse), and use shift modifiers. i never target the person im casting on, and with a small ammount of setup, i can make sure any needed debuff info is displayed on the healbot frames.
