CVS will collect an estimated $14 million in such fees this year under the current pharmacy-benefit contract, according to the agency. WebBeginning January 1, 2024, OptumRx will act as CalPERS Pharmacy Beneit Manager for a majority of its health plans. OptumRx will replace CVS/caremark in administering prescription drug beneits for about 486,000 CalPERS members and their families.
